Personal data processing

CRU Technologies LLC, owner of Móntalo, processes personal data under Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013. This is a summary of how we do it and the current authorizations.

Profiles created from recommendations

Some profiles are created from information that industry colleagues shared when recommending suppliers. Until the supplier claims the profile, we only show the business name, categories, cities and an aggregate recommendation count, always after manual review. We never publish phone numbers or emails of those profiles, nor use them to contact the supplier: agencies reach them through “Request a quote”.

If a profile is yours you can claim it by verifying your number, or request its removal from the profile itself or by writing to [correo de privacidad].

By verifying my number and accepting, I give prior, express and informed authorization to CRU Technologies LLC (EIN [EIN o identificación], [dirección], United States), owner of Móntalo and data controller (contact: [correo de privacidad]), to collect, store, use and share my personal data (name, phone, email, business name, service categories, coverage cities and my profile information) for the following purposes: 1. Publishing my supplier profile in the Móntalo directory, with the information I choose to make public. 2. Sending me quote requests from agencies and clients that match my categories and coverage, by email and through the channels I enable (for example WhatsApp or Telegram). 3. Sharing my contact details with the agency whose request I quote and that accepts my quote. 4. Showing aggregate recommendation statistics (for example, "Recommended by N colleagues") obtained from professional groups in the industry. 5. Sending me communications about the service and, if I accept separately, offers of supplier plans. I understand that as the data subject I have the right to know, update, correct and delete my data, to request proof of this authorization, to be informed of how my data is used, to file complaints with Colombia's Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio and to revoke this authorization, by writing to [correo de privacidad] or from my dashboard. Al verificar mi número y aceptar, autorizo de manera previa, expresa e informada a CRU Technologies LLC (EIN [EIN o identificación], con domicilio en [dirección], Estados Unidos), titular de Móntalo y responsable del tratamiento (contacto: [correo de privacidad]), para recolectar, almacenar, usar y circular mis datos personales (nombre, teléfono, correo electrónico, nombre comercial, categorías de servicio, ciudades de cobertura y la información de mi perfil) con las siguientes finalidades: 1. Publicar mi perfil de proveedor en el directorio de Móntalo, con la información que yo decida hacer pública. 2. Enviarme solicitudes de cotización de agencias y clientes que coincidan con mis categorías y cobertura, por correo electrónico y por los canales que yo active (por ejemplo WhatsApp o Telegram). 3. Compartir mis datos de contacto con la agencia cuya solicitud yo cotice y que acepte mi cotización. 4. Mostrar estadísticas agregadas de recomendación (por ejemplo, "Recomendado por N colegas") obtenidas de grupos profesionales del sector. 5. Enviarme comunicaciones sobre el servicio y, si lo acepto por separado, ofertas de planes para proveedores. Conozco que mis derechos como titular son conocer, actualizar, rectificar y suprimir mis datos, solicitar prueba de esta autorización, ser informado del uso dado a mis datos, presentar quejas ante la Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio y revocar esta autorización, escribiendo a [correo de privacidad] o desde mi panel. By posting a request, I authorize CRU Technologies LLC (EIN [EIN o identificación], [dirección], United States), owner of Móntalo, to process my data (name, email, phone, company and the content of the request) in order to send my request to suppliers matching the category and city, receive their quotes and share my contact details with the supplier whose quote I accept.
